Fitness Kitchen Latest Update

Corporate Athletes’ Fitness Kitchen is currently ‘closing’ its kitchen temporarily. We have to make way for few upcoming projects; namely a book on Fitness Food which is scheduled to be published in the first quarter of next year, insyallah and the opening of a Private Kitchen Studio where its opening has now been postponed to March 2010 (initially scheduled in January 2010). 

Nevertheless, I am still keeping the kitchen smoked up with all sort of recipes that the world never even heard off :)  This year, orders came in as soon as FK announced its newest creation of sandwich – Roasted Chicken with Lingonberry. It’s a wholemeal sandwich packed with goodness – shreaded carrots, zuchinis, roasted chicken breasts with sweet & sour lingonberry spread. Here are some of the pics taken.

I’m also keeping the kitchen smoking with new recipes for the book, among others; Mango Sorbet, Chicken Quinoa Cream, Baked Cornflakes Chicken, Leek Cream etc. Looks like this month going to be a super busy month for me. Whatever the plan is, I’m still going for Singapore Marathon this weekend, and hope to run well and free myself from any injuries.
