Fitness Adventure Getaway
Fitness Adventure Getaway is a 3 days 2 nights outdoor fitness program that offers fun-packed and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals fast. Typical itinerary of our Fitness Adventure Getaway;
FITNESS ADVENTURE @ TAMAN NEGARA (3 days 2 nights)
Day 01 (Saturday)
0730hr : Pick-up point at Taman Jaya LRT Station (near A&W / Amcorp Mall)
0800hr : Departure (Kuala Lumpur – Jerantut). Packed-breakfast on board.
1230hr : Lunch at restaurant in Pekan Jerantut.
1400hr : Arrive at Kuala Tahan Park Headquarters. Registration.
1500hr : Caving at Gua Telinga. If you are lucky enough, you will get the chance to see caver snakes, known to be the fastest snake in the world. Need a boat to get there.
Light snack.
1930hr : BBQ dinner
Day 02 (Sunday)
0730hr : Breakfast
0900hr : Trekking – if it is a clear day, you will get the chance to see the highest peak in Peninsular; Gunung Tahan and later go to the ‘not-to-be-missed’ Canopy Walkway
Packed lunch.
1430hr : Back to campsite.
Pack stuff for new campsite tonight which is situated further upstream of
Tembeling River. It takes about 15 minutes by boat.
1530hr : Arrive at new campsite. Again, set-up tent
1800hr : Hike to Warisan Hill for sunset.
A strenuous up-climb but once you are up there, the 360 degree panoramic view will be waiting for you. You got to try this.
We just have to make sure that we will have enough sunlight (or torchlights for that matter) and water to bring us back down.
2000hr : Dinner will be served at nearby restaurant.
2200hr : Night walk – Learn about the flora and fauna at nighttime.
Day 03 (Monday)
0730hr : Breakfast
0900hr : Trekking to Abai Waterfalls. You will pass through an orang asli settlement and zig-zagging few rivers along the way. Light snack at waterfall.
1100hr : Back to campsite. Tidy-up / Packing.
1230hr : Back to Kuala Tahan. Lunch in Jerantut.
1700hr : Arrive in Kuala Lumpur.
CA will provide most of the stuffs, but few personal items need to be brought by the clients. Please make sure you get a copy of a detailed ’Things-to-Bring’ list.
Please note that the trip is arranged in such a way that it may require the clients to be reasonably fit to do the activities. On top of that, these are all fun activities… so guys, don’t forget to pack up loads of Sense of Humor with you.
