How This Works:
The Fitness Chef will meet up with you to gather the necessary information to develop an appropriate meal plan, based on your specific needs (lose body fat, gain lean mass, competitive athlete, etc.)
A nutritonal analysis will be formulated, and a meal plan created. The Fitness Chef will prepare the meals at your home, and deliver you in pre-packed meals.
